And I don’t feel like I’ve been in a reading slump. I do feel like I’ve been in a social media slump, which is why I’m trying this new thing where I post my tweets and Facebook posts from WordPress instead of from those platforms themselves. We’ll see how that goes.

And to be fair, I am reading. I’m currently reading a book on sociolinguistics that I’m considering for the primary textbook for one of my classes this fall. While incredibly interesting, it’s not the kind of book that I can really talk about with a lot of people.

I might get overly excited when talking about language.

I’ve been thinking about trying Last Night at the Telegraph Club by Malinda Lo, just because it’s been sitting on my nightstand for a minute.

But I also might not. And that’s okay too.
