#TBSReads The Everything I Have Lost by Sylvia Zéleny.

The Everything I Have Lost is a book I’ve had since November – it was one that I brought back after having gone to the Assembly on Literature for Adolescents Workshop.

It’s one that initially caught my interest because it’s set on the border, near where I live. The experiences of the characters may seem familiar to some of the students who live in the area. I think one of the beauties of narratives like this, though, is their potential to provide perspective on one type of experience in the borderland.
