Because most of my reading is technology-mediated, I don’t often have the opportunity to use my bookmarks, which is sad. I have a bunch, but these five are my favorite.
Also, I’m practicing digital hand lettering, and today’s post is the first time I’ve put any of my practice into my photos.
The bookmark farthest to the left was a handmade birthday present from a friend of mine. The baby superman bookmark was something a different friend brought me back from Dragon Con (I think). The Hawaii bookmark was given to me by a third friend when she returned from Hawaii. (Do you think my friends know me?) I can’t remember where the doctor bookmark came from, but since I finished graduate school it takes on a whole other meaning. And finally, the zentangle bookmark was one I did myself.

Those are some nice-looking bookmarks! I love the story and meaning in each one (especially the Doctor one … how neat is that?!). The zentangle one looks really neat! I love zentangles, but I can’t do them to save my life lol.
