I am one of those people who likes to learn all the the things, so I, continually put myself in situations to do just that.

This time, it’s in the context of work – I’m becoming a trainer for OCDE Project GLAD.

This training has really made me think about the work I did in the classroom and places where I could have been a better teacher. I’m hopeful that I’ll be able to pass on some of that experience to the teachers I work with.

It’s going to be an insane amount of work, but I’m excited.
