The Mysterious Benedict Society by Trenton Lee Stewart was a book that I’d seen at the bookstore many times and considered picking up, but didn’t. I can’t even give you a good reason why.

I like a good middle grade adventure/mystery story. This one follows four children, Reynie, Kate, Sticky, and Constance, as they attempt to help Mr. Benedict save the world.

It has to be them because they must infiltrate a school for extraordinary children which also happens to be the source of the evil.
