Last week I mentioned that I had a story about my first hour class that I was supposed to share but couldn’t remember. Would you believe that one of my students sent me a message on Instagram this morning telling me that he was very disappointed because he’d been waiting for the video wherein I talk about his class and he hadn’t seen it yet.

At that point, I’d already filmed today’s video so this part of the story didn’t make it in (which makes me a little sad). As you can see from the thumbnail, my two reads this wee are American Panda by Gloria Chao, and The Apocalypse of Elena Mendoza by Shaun David Hutchinson.

The video of my brother that my students went and found was this one. My dad posted it on Facebook earlier on the day in question.
