American Street by Ibi Zoboi is one I’d been waiting for since late last year. I put it on hold at the library, checked it out, then bought my own copy before I even started reading it.
Going back and forth between the print book and the audiobook is a thing I’m really into now. If you’ve listened to the audio, I’m curious about your thoughts on this question.

Or if you just want the text, here you go.
I feel like I’ve been reading more timely and diverse books lately. And I definitely agree with you on how the story may not go where expected.

My wife says that I’ve adopted her style of reading in that I don’t read anything that I’m not super into – and I’ve also been into diverse reads lately. I find that I don’t feel like I’m missing anything. The stories are good and the writing is good and that’s what I’m here for.
