Backlash by Sarah Darer Littman is another of the books I picked up at the Scholastic Book Fair this year. This is one of those books that I want many of my students to read. I think they don’t understand how much they’re attached to their devices and how much things that happen online really impact other people. Or maybe they do. I don’t know.

The reaction of the administration in the school disgusted me – not that people don’t react the way they did, but they’re supposed to look out for the welfare of ALL students. Also, ugh, Facebook. Ugh trolling on social networks in general.
