I Was Here was an impulse buy. I was at the grocery store, saw it, forgot that it had been released, got excited, and picked it up. I had high hopes for this one, especially given the subject matter.  Here’s my sticky note review.

#bookaday #stickynotereviews of I Was Here by Gayle Forman. If I hadn’t been in a classroom full of 13 year olds I would have balled my eyes out. Some of it was predictable, but I still think it is a great story about fear, loss, grief and bravery. I know exactly who I want to hand this to. #bookstagram
