Book Preview: Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter by Seth Grahame-Smith
Paperback, 336 pages
960L

I’m going to admit that the only reason I picked this up is because it’s a book requested for the Book of the Month club by one of the history teachers in my school. I’d heard about Pride & Prejudice & Zombies which contained a lot of gore and brain eating, and Abraham Lincoln Vampire Hunter seems to follow suit. I’m sure the boys (and I’m sure there are girls who fit this category, too) who like blood and guts will enjoy this paranormal take on historical fiction. The trailer for the book is below. I’m choosing not to include the movie trailer here because there’s such a well made trailer for the novel. If you can’t see the video, try scanning the QR code at the bottom of this post.
