Jeffrey is now in 8th grade. He’s beat cancer, he loves cyclilng, and hates math. Steven has gone off to Africa to find himself, so the one guy that Jeffrey has always been able to count on is MIA. When the state passes a law that says that students have to pass the state test to be able to graduate 8th grade, Jeffrey is concerned. Because of the treatment regime for cancer, he has difficulty remembering things. Luckily, Jeffrey has his best friend Tad to help him.
